Designed by Multisoft Systems, Introduction to Business Analysis, is a professional-level course endorsed by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®). This course is based upon the BABOK® (Business Analysis Book of Knowledge®), introducing the different knowledge areas of business analysis.
Introduction to Business Analysis training provides an overview of the business analysis domain and focuses on the role of a Business Analyst (BA). The Business Analysis course helps the participants to identify the change required for the success of any project and henceforth the organization. How to find out the impact of the change, preparing requirement plan, implementing and monitoring the execution throughout the project all is explained during the learning sessions by a professional with rich industry experience.
Attending this training, the participants will earn 5 Continuing Development Units (CDUs).
