Robotics with ARM µP Training imparts the knowledge to understand the difference between different types of robots including mobile robots, autonomous robots, and manual robots. Participants learn about various controllers, interfacing parts, and sensors. Robotics training helps the candidates to gain understanding on how to control multitasking activities and wireless communication. Moreover, this robotics development with ARM microprocessor builds the proficiency in implementing locomotion in robots. Hands-on exposure on different projects will make the trainees more confident about their learning.
Upon the completion of training, the will inculcate the following skill set:
- Understand the fundamentals of robots and the procedure of building robots
- Differentiate between different types of robots
- Study the concept of microcontrollers and embedded controllers
- Familiar with ways of establishing interface covering LCD interfacing, ADC interfacing, DC and stepper motor interfacing using UL2003 with controllers
- Implement serial communication and interrupt programming
- Understand different types of sensors and actuators
- Practice scheduling and multitasking
- Describe the wireless communication model and its working
- Implement locomotion in robots
Target audience
- Students of BE / B. Tech. courses (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Electrical).
- Professionals willing to understand or switch their working area to Robotics with ARM 7 microprocessor.
Prerequisites
- Candidates having knowledge of electronics fundamentals coupled with some programming experience are the ideal participants for this course.
- The knowledge equivalent to EA1: ARM 7 microcontroller course is essential.
