For classroom sessions, we have classes between 09.00 AM to 06.30PM. If you are part of a public batch, you need to accommodate in the decided schedule. If that doesn’t suit you, we can also provide you one-on-one training (at an extra cost). In one-on-one training sessions, the timings and days are mutually decided between the instructor and candidate. Also, there is complete flexibility in terms of adjusting the pace of training, getting topics customized, and anything else to benefit your learning endeavor. Our online training programs are another preference among candidates who wish to save on traveling time and cost. The schedule of these live instructor-led sessions is kept easy, allowing aspirants to study and work at the same time. Needless to say, you can get a schedule customized as per your needs if you are unable to fit in our monthly batches.

The difference between the above two is indeed very large. One-on-one training is instructor-led, wherein the trainer and student(s) interact in real-time. Multisoft is a full-fledged training organization and we do not offer certifications as part of all our training programs. However few of our training programs include the certification fee. Also, we guide you through the certification process, which includes preparing for the examination, tips to clear it in the first attempt, and filling the application form. You can get your prescribed course cancelled or rescheduled by e-mailing us your personal information along with the details of your registered course. Also, the course will be rescheduled keeping in consideration the availability of resources.

There are no prerequisites in terms of bringing something to the class, except a pen and notebook. In case there is some special prerequisite, information related to that will be intimated to you prior to the training.
