Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP)® credential provides recognition for your skills in managing and aligning projects and programs with the organizational strategic goals. PfMP® training explains the most effective ways of bridging the gap between the strategy and its implementation. The participants, Portfolio Managers, will oversee the execution of the portfolio management process, communication around portfolio progress, balance conflicting demands between programs and projects, and allocate resources based on priority basis.

Prerequisites
To attain the PfMP® certification, individuals should have a minimum of 8 years professional business experience and must qualify any of the following sets of prerequisite:
- A secondary degree / diploma
- Minimum seven years (10,500 hours) of portfolio management experience in past 15 continuous years
OR
- 4th year or bachelor degree
- Minimum four years (6,000 hours) of portfolio management experience in past 15 continuous years
